Intake, Assessment and Feedback Sessions

  • $220 - $240 per hour

  • The number of assessment sessions required depends on both the type of assessment being conducted as well as the individual completing the test

  • An outline of the likely number of assessment sessions required will be provided at the intake sessions before you commit to receiving any further services

 

Reports​

  • $315 - $595 depending on the type of assessment conducted

  • The total report cost will be confirmed with you at the initial intake session before you commit to receiving any further services

  • The above fees include phone calls to schools/previous and current practitioners if required

  • If a school observation is required, an additional fee will be applied

Rebates

Please note that Medicare does not provide rebates on educational assessments.

Private health care funds may offer rebates on some psychological services.

counselling

Intake Appointments

  • $195-$215 per hour

  • The intake appointment is an opportunity for the parent/s and sometimes the student as well to meet with the psychologist they will be working with and provide some background information on the reasons for looking into counselling, potential goals and any specific requirements 

  • It is also an opportunity for the psychologist to discuss the way they work, ask some questions and suggest a plan for going forward 

Ongoing Appointments

  • $195-$215 per hour

  • Your psychologist will discuss with you their suggested frequency of ongoing appointments before you commit to receiving any further services 

  • The above fees include phone calls to schools/previous and current practitioners if required

  • If a school observation is required, an additional fee of $240 will be applied

  • Please note we do not provide court reports

Medicare provides a number of GP/Paediatrician based plans for rebates on psychology services.

Private health care funds may also offer rebates on some psychological services.

intervention

Initial Consults

  • $195-$215 per hour

  • Initial consults for intervention services are an opportunity for parents to discuss their child's educational needs, as well as for the psychologist to develop an individualised intervention program 

Ongoing Appointments

  • $195-$215 per hour

  • Ongoing appointments are for the psychologist to work one-on-one with the student to deliver and guide their individual intervention program

  • An outline of the likely number of ongoing appointments will be provided at the initial consult before you commit to receiving any further services
