Andrea Sadusky

Andrea Sadusky is a Registered Psychologist who was trained through a Masters of Educational and Developmental Psychology/Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) at Monash University. Andrea is currently completing a PhD that investigates psychologists’ assessment practices for identifying Specific Learning Disorders in Reading (e.g., dyslexia) in older teenagers and adults. Andrea also lectures and supervises research in the psychology department at a university.

 

Andrea provides both assessment and counselling services at Raise the Bar Psychology. Andrea is passionate about delivering holistic services that aim to empower individuals to reach their goals. Andrea hopes her clients walk away with the knowledge and confidence to (1) build their own coping skills and (2) seek the help of support systems in their environments.

 

Andrea is dedicated to helping individuals build self-awareness of their personal strengths and weaknesses, develop personally-catered learning strategies, and to feel confident in self-advocating for their unique learning needs.
